Making A Purchase
You can make a purchase with ease and confidence. When you see an item that you like, click on 'Add to Basket' button to place the item in your shopping basket. The web site will remember what you have added in your basket, but you have not ordered at this point. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for further details that we need to be able to complete the order. Only when you have supplied us with payment details will the order be processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and all debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We aim to keep all our items in stock, however this may not always be possible, and we will contact you to confirm that you still wish to order the item. In this instance, you will not be charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

We deliver worldwide. The postage costs to Europe is £10 and to the rest of the world is £15. Gift wrapping is free! Please indicate that you would like your order gift wrapped. We charge £2.95 inclusive of VAT on all orders. orders are sent within 1 to 3 days by Royal Mail first class post, special delivery, standard parcel or sign for services. |

Delivery Schedule

Returns Policy
You can return the products to us for any reason within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us first before returning any product and send the products in their original packaging. You will need to cover the return cost of delivery. Please obtain proof of postage otherwise we cannot refund should an item not arrive. For damaged products, please return the products to us within 28 days, and we will offer a replacement.
